Henry M. Napoli, Founder/President
Henry Napoli is the Founder/President of
Information
Technology Solutions (ITS), LLC. Henry’s career includes
over thirty years of IT experience. His management
experience includes business development, sales, marketing,
operations, administration, and project management. Henry
has been involved with IT and Network Consulting engagements
to increase the client’s productivity and reduce costs. ITS
was founded in 2001 to support DOD, Law Enforcement, and
Private Industry with best in class second and third
generation Intelligent Surveillance, Network, Information
Assurance Solutions. He is an active member of the Baltimore
County Technology Council and The Washington Board of Trade
IT Work Force Development Committee.
Melissa Edwards, Director of Business Development
Melissa Edwards is a results-oriented marketing professional
with an MBA and 20-plus years of strategic marketing, program
management, and business development experience. She specializes
in helping technology and healthcare companies and professional
services organizations identify solutions that will best meet
their needs to: attract and retain customers, grow sales, optimize
operations, improve communications, maximize efficiency, and increase revenues.
Ms. Edwards has lectured at The University of Maryland, Baltimore County
on "Internet Marketing Strategies for Successful Marketing" and at the
College of Notre Dame, Maryland on "Using Internet Strategies to Grow
Your Business". Her articles: "The Power Of Anecdote And Agenda:
Researching Your Prospects' Buying Patterns", "Maximizing Profitability:
How Marketers Make an Impact", "Is It Time to Revamp Your Communications
Plan", and others have appeared in the Boston Business Journal, Mass High
Tech, MarletingProfs.com and RainToday.
Ms. Edwards received her MBA from Boston University Graduate School of
Management and her BA from Cornell University. .
Dean Jackson, Director of Business Development South East

Dean Jackson’s career spans thirty years of Telecom, IT and
Security experience. His experience includes working for
companies like ITT Telecommunications, ADTRAN, ALCATEL and
various startup companies providing Next Generation
Switches, PBX Systems, ISDN, DSL, Switches, Routers,
Firewalls, Digital Cross Connects, Optics, VoIP, SPAM, Email
Backup, IT Security, Surveillance, IT Wireless AP
Management, Application Analysis and Data Network Management
systems. His clients include local and state and federal
government, k12 school districts, colleges, universities,
small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. His goal is to

Rob Roye, Consultant Army Programs
Rob Roye is a former DOIM with over 40 years of Federal and
Defense IT experience. Rob’s vast experience can offer
clients a full range of cost-effective service solutions.
His years of experience include: Project Management, Program
Management, Business Process Engineering, Help Desk
Solutions/Consulting, Network Engineering, Web Development,
Telecommunication Consulting, Information Assurance,
Software Architecture, System Architecture & Integration,

Linda Link, Director of Training Services
Linda Link has been in the IT field for over 20 years
concentrating in the Training Industry since 1998.
Linda's background in Technical Services, working mainly with
Microsoft products, enables her to see past the software
training to make sure that the customer is being provided
the best service for the needs of the organization.
Besides off-the-shelf software training (i.e., Microsoft,
Adobe, Email, Web), Linda's experience in providing project management
for training roll-outs for large companies gives her the
background needed to work directly with large organizations.
Other talents include Technical Writing / Documentation, Web
Design & Development, and Beta Testing for companies such as Microsoft.
Jessica L. Napoli, Public Relations and Communications
Jessica Napoli is a new addition to the ITS team. Before
beginning at ITS, Jessica worked at Sharla Feldscher Public
Relations, writing media releases, creating media contact
lists, and evaluating media coverage for a wide-range of
clients. Her experience at Sharla Feldscher Public Relations
has deepened her passion for public relations.
Jessica's introduction to public relations came when she
interned in the community relations department of the
Baltimore Blast, the MISL team of Maryland. At the Baltimore
Blast, she helped promote their various summer camps and
assisted in the editing of 2006-2007 media guide. This
experience allowed her to gain firsthand experience in the
public relations realm.
Jessica is a recent graduate of Temple University with a
Bachelors degree in strategic and organizational
communications. She was active in the Greek community,
leading college women through the recruitment process and organizing social events for the family members of her
sorority. Jessica also served as the social chair for Temple
University's club field hockey chair.
